We help organisations improve their digital processes, coordinate internal systems and deliver a smoother experience for customers and employees. We are looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator who can support day to day digital activities, maintain accurate workflows and help different teams work more efficiently.
This is a mid level coordination role with no executive or senior management responsibilities. You will work closely with operations, customer service, marketing and technical support teams to ensure projects, systems and digital tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Workflow Coordination:
Coordinate recurring digital tasks, update workflow trackers and ensure assigned activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
System Administration:
Maintain user records, digital folders, internal databases and operational platforms. Report technical issues to the appropriate support team.
Project Support:
Assist with digital improvement projects by preparing documents, scheduling meetings, recording actions and following up on outstanding tasks.
Data and Reporting:
Prepare regular operational reports, check data for accuracy and highlight delays, errors or unusual activity.
Team Coordination:
Communicate with internal departments to confirm requirements, provide progress updates and resolve routine operational issues.
Process Improvement:
Identify repetitive tasks, unclear procedures or workflow gaps and suggest practical improvements to the Operations Manager.
Quality Control:
Review digital records, customer information and internal documents to ensure they are accurate, complete and compliant with company procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in digital operations, business support, project coordination, administration or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and cloud based project management or customer relationship management systems.
Organisation:
You can manage several tasks at the same time, maintain accurate records and follow deadlines without constant supervision.
Communication:
You can communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and external service providers through email, telephone and online meetings.
Problem Solving:
You are comfortable investigating routine issues, identifying the cause and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
Attention to Detail:
You understand the importance of accurate data, consistent documentation and properly maintained digital records.
Mindset:
You are dependable, organised and willing to learn. You enjoy improving processes and supporting teams behind the scenes.
Pay: £2,035.00-£3,000.00 per month
