Job Title: Casual Cleaner

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaner to support the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of Heron Lakes. This role includes assisting with lodge changeovers as well as maintaining the office and shop areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with lodge changeovers, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Changing bed linen and preparing lodges for incoming guests
- Cleaning and maintaining the Heron Lakes office and shop
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Supporting deep cleans when required
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and high standards
- Ability to work efficiently, especially during busy changeover days
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Working Hours:
- Casual / as required
- Peak demand on changeover days, weekends, and holidays
