Junior Coach – RAW Inc Training, Hornchurch
Job Overview
RAW Inc is a small group personal training gym in Hornchurch, running since 2012 with over 200 members. We're looking for an energetic and dedicated Junior Coach to join our team. You'll work alongside experienced coaches, deliver engaging small group PT sessions, and build genuine relationships with the members in your care.
This is a full time paid position with a clear path to develop your coaching, take ownership of your own member cohort, and grow into a well-rounded, confident coach within a team that backs each other every day.
Duties
Coach small-group PT sessions to a high standard alongside senior coaches.
Manage your own member cohort through regular check-ins and accountability.
Support onboarding and help new members settle into the RAW Inc community.
Observe member progress and feed insights back into programming discussions
Help maintain gym standards, equipment, and training materials
Promote safety and ensure all members follow guidelines during sessions
Take part in ongoing CPD and coach development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with recent hands-on experience in the industry Small group PT experience is a strong advantage.
Sole focus on this job. Not suitable for somebody looking to combine this with a separate role elsewhere.
A great communicator and a genuine people person, able to build real relationships with members.
Reliable, responsible, and committed to your own growth as a coach
Willingness to learn and take on feedback
Based locally, within a 25 minute commute of Hornchurch, given our early starts.
Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
