This role is 100% factory-based in Uttoxeter (ST14).
Daily commuting is required.

The role
We are recruiting experienced MIG fabricators to support growing demand at .
This is hands-on fabrication of heavy-duty, engineered steel stillages — not repetitive line welding.
You must be able to:
- read drawings
- fabricate accurately
- work at pace
- turn up reliably
What you’ll be doing
- MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel assemblies
- Fabricating from engineering drawings
- One-off and short-run work (varied jobs, not production line)
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and output standards
Pay & hours
- £16 p/h depending on weld test and output
- Overtime paid at time and a half (available most weeks)
- Typical earnings £48,000 gross
- Full-time, permanent contract from day one
- Days only with consistent hours
