Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and profitability
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Foster a positive team environment by providing coaching, performance feedback, and recognition for achievements
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and professional grooming standards
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or beauty industry settings with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and promote teamwork
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a diverse clientele
- Solid understanding of retail management, sales techniques, merchandising practices, and inventory control
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous experience in customer service roles demonstrating phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Administrative experience including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
