Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging training sessions focused on skill development, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning
- Develop personalized coaching strategies tailored to individual player needs and team objectives
- Lead team practices, ensuring safety protocols are followed and activities are productive
- Analyze game footage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their technical abilities and confidence
- Organize and oversee team participation in local competitions and tournaments
Qualifications
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in football or similar team sports
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of varying ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and safety standards
- Ability to motivate athletes and build cohesive team dynamics
- Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to athlete development and sportsmanship
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or related fields are a plus but not mandatory
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
