The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistants to join our London store team.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for every customer. You will help clients discover the UNTAMD story, provide exceptional service, and ensure that each interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, engaging, and genuine service to every customer
- Share UNTAMD’s story, craftsmanship, and product details with confidence and care
- Build authentic relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits
- Support clienteling and CRM initiatives by capturing and maintaining accurate client data
- Handle returns and customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Sales and Performance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing an exceptional experience on the shop floor
- Understand and communicate key performance goals such as conversion and average transaction value
- Maintain awareness of store performance and contribute to achieving commercial objectives
- Assist in the execution of in-store activations and events
Operations and Presentation
- Help maintain visual standards and ensure displays reflect UNTAMD’s aesthetic
- Replenish stock, assist with inventory counts, and maintain organisation in all areas of the store
- Follow operational procedures for cash handling, packaging, and after-sales processes
- Support the management team in maintaining an efficient and well-presented environment
Teamwork and Growth
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace
- Take part in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and selling skills
- Proactively support store operations and team priorities
- Uphold UNTAMD’s values in every action and interaction
About You
Minimum of one year of experience in retail or customer service, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle retail
- Passionate about design, storytelling, and delivering outstanding service
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients from all backgrounds
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail setting
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
