Summary
We are seeking a Practice Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and supporting our clients' financial success. As part of our firm, you will contribute to our ongoing growth and uphold our values of professionalism and personalised service.
The ideal candidate:
· ACCA or ICAEW qualified (or finalist) with a minimum of 3 years practice experience
· Extensive experience with dealing with all aspects of SME clients
· A strong working knowledge of the mainstream bookkeeping packages to include Xero, Sage and Quickbooks
· Proficient with Excel
· Excellent communication skills and a desire to build solid relationships with our continually expanding and varied client base
· Able to work on your own initiative and work to deadlines when necessary
The role would include:
· Preparation of year end accounts of limited companies, partnerships and sole traders from a variety of bookkeeping packages
· Dealing with associated tax compliance (company and personal)
· Preparation of management accounts
· Developing relationships with clients with a view to establishing your own portfolio of cases

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
