About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team covering one of our key clients sites.
This role is focused solely on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. We are looking for an engineer who enjoys carrying out scheduled maintenance, inspections, compliance checks and servicing activities rather than fault diagnosis, breakdown response or major repair work.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled PPM visits at one singular site.
- Complete maintenance tasks on:
- Split systems
- VRV/VRF systems
- Multi-split systems
- Refrigeration equipment
- AHUs and ventilation systems
- Fan coil units (FCUs)
- Clean filters, coils and condensers.
- Conduct visual inspections and condition reporting.
- Perform F-Gas compliance checks where required.
- Record operating pressures, temperatures and equipment performance.
- Complete digital service reports and maintenance records.
- Identify potential issues and report recommendations for remedial works.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and customer service.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
- F-Gas Certification.
- Previous experience carrying out planned maintenance on AC and refrigeration equipment.
- Good understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a maintenance schedule.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management (FM) environments.
- Knowledge of mobile workforce systems and electronic reporting.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications.
- Basic electrical testing knowledge.
