Due to exponential growth of our existing client portfolio, we are seeking Field Service Engineers on a part-time and full-time basis to join our operation.

What will you do as our Field Service Engineer?
Reporting into our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of gaming machines, amusement equipment and associated systems throughout across customer and our company headquarters location.
You will play a key role in ensuring maximum machine uptime, supporting venue operations and maintaining the high service standards for which PTS Amusements is known. Duties include:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic and electromechanical faults
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits
- Install, lift and configure new gaming and amusement equipment
- Carrying out physical movement of our gaming equipment such as machines, jukeboxes pool tables.
- Support machine upgrades, refurbishments and technical improvement projects
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and venue teams
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and to company standards
- Provide technical support and guidance across the wider team when required
What would require as our Field Service Engineer?
- Proven field service or technical engineering experience.
- Strong electronic and electromechanical fault-finding skills.
- Preferable to have experience working with gaming machines, arcade equipment or similar technologies.
- Ability to manually remove and install amusement and gaming equipment including machines, televisions and snooker-tables/pool tables.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
