The Bar Manager is not only responsible for all things bar but should strive in ensuring the smooth operation of the relaxing dining experience for our customers.
The right candidate needs to be ready for an energetic crowd at the weekends as well as our relaxed daily trade.

The Responsibility of the role are:
· Interact with customers to develop loyalty & handle customer complaints.
- Organising and training your teams
- Creating new exciting offers and events
· Ordering of the alcohol and maintaining a high gross profit margin
· Maintaining Cleanliness of the bar
· All Bar and relaxing dining duties
· Regular meetings with your operations manager
