We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Assistant to join our busy residential estate management office based in London E16. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and assist with resident enquiries, record keeping, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
· Providing a professional and courteous first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
· Maintaining resident and property records.
· Assisting with filing, scanning, and document management.
· Preparing correspondence, notices, and general office documents.
· Updating databases and spreadsheets accurately.
· Assisting with service charge and contractor administration.
· Processing invoices and maintaining financial records as required.
· Scheduling appointments and contractor visits.
· Supporting the estate management team with general administrative duties.
· Ensuring office records are maintained in accordance with company procedures.
Essential Requirements
· Previous office administration experience.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Good Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF and percentage calculations.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional and friendly manner when dealing with residents and contractors.
Desirable Requirements
· Experience working within property management, residential estates, or housing.
