You will be actively involved in hands-on repairs, troubleshooting, decorating, removals, gardening and health and safety. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vacated and occupied properties.
- Gardening where required
- Removals and/or Lifting as required
- Decorating
- Mould removal
- Health and Safety Checks
- Handling of keys
- Troubleshooting to help eliminate, understand or resolve issues.
- Ad-hoc basic handyman tasks, changing of lightbulbs, hinges, etc.
- Provide detailed records of maintenance activities to property management
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications/Experience
- Basic handyman experience.
- Basic decorating experience.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly report issues and collaborate with team members.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Full UK Drivers Licence
