CONSTRUCTION TENDER & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
All Scaffolding Services Kent Ltd is a growing scaffolding contractor based in Hextable, Kent. We are looking for an experienced construction office professional to become a key part of our business.
This is a varied role covering tender support, compliance management, RAMS administration, Constructionline management, quotation follow-up and general office administration.
This is not a standard administration role. We are looking for somebody who understands the construction industry, can work independently, use their own initiative and help keep the business organised, compliant and focused on winning work.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Constructionline Gold, CHAS Elite and Achilles accreditations.
- Producing and issuing RAMS using company templates.
- Completing PQQs, supplier questionnaires and compliance documentation.
- Monitoring Constructionline tender opportunities and assisting with tender submissions.
- Following up quotations and enquiries.
- Maintaining training records, insurance documents and company compliance records.
- Ordering PPE, office supplies and company consumables.
- Managing company administration and document control.
- Organising project folders and maintaining company records.
- Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day business administration.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This role is based at our office in Hextable, Kent.
The successful candidate will often work independently and will be trusted to manage their own workload and priorities without constant supervision.

FLEXIBLE WORKING
Approximately 15–20 hours per week.
We understand that experienced candidates may be looking for flexibility. This role may suit an experienced construction office professional seeking part-time hours, someone returning to work, or a parent looking to work around school hours.
Hours and working pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate, provided business requirements are met.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience working within a construction company is essential.
- Experience with Constructionline, CHAS or similar compliance systems.
- Experience preparing RAMS and construction documentation.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Experience within scaffolding, roofing, construction or specialist subcontracting would be advantageous.
PAY
£22.00–£30.00 per hour depending on experience.
