We are a 20 bed family owned care home with elderly & dementia clients & we are looking for a weekend chef required to work both Saturday & Sunday. The working hours are 08:00 to 14:00.
You must be able to cook nutritious, well balanced meals from fresh. You will be in charge of running the kitchen including completing all relevant paperwork and ensuring that the kitchen is kept at an acceptable cleanliness level at all times. You must be able to work with your own initiative.
Previous experience is in a care home setting is preferred but not essential, must have NQV 1 & 2 in catering & hospitality or equivalent qualification.
An enhanced disclosure will be required, and the expense will need to be met by the applicant.
2 years checkable relevant references required.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
