Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at our bustling hotel. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support ongoing training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards
- Assist in managing human resources functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and staff development
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently
- Passion for hospitality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
