Key responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen,including washing dishes,utensils,and equipment.

Keep kitchen areas clean,organised,and stocked throughout service.

Assist with basic food preparation as required by the kitchen team.

Receive and store deliveries,ensuring stock is organised correctly.

Dispose of waste safely and follow food hygiene,health,and safety procedures.

Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
-
Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic with good teamwork and communication skills.

Reliable,punctual,and physically fit for manual tasks.

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is a plus.

Flexible to work evenings,weekends,and public holidays.
