Role: Restaurant & Bar Manager
Salary: 14.75 PH (depending on experience and to be discussed at interview)
Hours: 40 hours (Full Time)
5 days p/week, 35 hrs a week minimum

To provide friendly, efficient and professional food and beverage service to resort guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a high standard of customer service throughout their stay.
The role involves working across the bar and restaurant and assisting with general resort duties as required. Flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential in a small holiday resort environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service.

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Set up and clear tables before, during and after service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar, restaurant and service areas.

Handle cash, card payments and other transactions accurately.
-
Restock drinks, food items, glassware, crockery and other supplies.
-
Check stock levels and report shortages or wastage to management.
-
Follow food safety, licensing, health and safety procedures.
-
Deal with guest requests, questions and complaints politely and professionally.

Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth resort operations.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Help with basic cleaning and general duties when required.

Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly attitude at all times.

Promote a relaxed, enjoyable holiday experience for guests.
Skills and Experience
Essential:

Previous hospitality, bar or restaurant experience is desirable.

Good customer-service and communication skills.

Comfortable working as part of a small team.

Willingness to carry out a variety of duties.

Desirable:

Experience in a hotel, resort, pub or holiday environment.
