Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable for crafting quality coffee beverages
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food preparation and handling
- Restaurant experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests
