SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: £105-£110 per day

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a meaningful impact in education? Complete Classroom Services are currently seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at an all-through SEND school in Maidenhead.
This role involves supporting pupils of all ages with ASD, within a nurturing and structured environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with ASD across an all-through SEND setting
- Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
- Providing personal care where required
- Working closely with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Encouraging independence, engagement and confidence in pupils
Requirements:
- Experience supporting SEN students is desirable
- A Child and Adult DBS is preferred
- Must be comfortable with personal care
- A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
