Operations Coordinator – £15 per hour
Sarah’s Carers | Melton, Woodbridge | 40 hours per week
Not your typical admin role.

- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Supporting finance administration
- Managing and allocating Teamwork Desk requests
- Working with spreadsheets, data and operational information
- Potentially supporting care scheduling and rota changes
- Spotting problems and helping find practical solutions
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Logical and comfortable solving problems
- A critical thinker who notices when something doesn’t make sense
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicating with different people
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
You'll need to be comfortable using Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Previous care experience isn't essential. Experience in administration, scheduling, finance, compliance or another busy operational environment would be useful.
