We are looking for a caring, motivated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged between birth and 4 years
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support children’s learning and development through play
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Carry out observations and contribute to planning next steps
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies
- Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of practice
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has experience working in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
- Is warm, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Has good communication skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting children to thrive
