Job Summary
We are seeking a new member to join our company. You will be cleaning at Gorrell avonmouth the hours can be flexible but ideally 5.30pm - 8pm monday to friday. This is a key holder position so you must be confident in locking up the building and working alone
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Ensure all areas are sanitised according to company standards and health regulations
- Restock cleaning supplies and hygiene products as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a high level of organisation in storage areas and cleaning carts
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning procedures
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shifts
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the shift
