Responsibilities Day-to-Day
- Lead and support the coaching team
- Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual children, teams, or classes
- Introduce nursery, preschool, and primary school children to a variety of new sports
- Embody Super Star Sport’s core values: Fun, Enthusiasm, and Positivity
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Carrying out sessions for nursery and school aged children
Requirements Must-Haves:
- Strong desire to use sports to improve young lives
- Confidence and comedic flair to engage and entertain children
- Ability to transmit positive energy and enthusiasm to a group of children
- A minimum of 1 year sports coaching experience
- Experience working in a Primary School, Day Nursery or Pre-School
