Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments to the highest professional standard.
- Perform gel polish nail treatments with confidence, precision and attention to detail.
- Provide expert advice on treatments, skincare and homecare products.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through confident product and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, professionalism and client care.
- Work collaboratively within a positive, supportive and high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) or above.
- Confident and experienced in gel polish nail treatments.
- A friendly, professional, and client-focused approach.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering outstanding results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-minded with experience achieving retail or treatment targets.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends where required.
- Fluent in English.
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with Beau.
