The Role:
As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing applications, providing clients with professional advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Your role will be dynamic. You will have the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and grow your network!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to potential Landlords & Tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Market properties effectively through listings, viewings, and client communications
- Negotiate offers an guide clients through the process
- Stay updated on local market trends to offer the best insights to clients
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic and friendly team to achieve both team and individual targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent or in a similar sales-driven role is preferred
- A keen interest in property
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- A proactive attitude
- A full UK Driving Licence and own car
