Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety standards during the overnight hours, ensuring our facilities are kept in pristine condition for the upcoming day. The successful candidate will be responsible for thorough cleaning tasks, utilising various tools and equipment to achieve high standards of hygiene and organisation. This position offers a vital contribution to the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.
The hours will be 10pm till 6am Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise designated areas using hand tools, power tools, and specialised cleaning equipment
- utilise cleaning techniques to ensure all surfaces are free of dirt, dust, and debris
- Operate power tools safely for tasks such as polishing or surface preparation where required
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
- Complete detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are performed to standard
Qualifications
- Previous experience with hand tools, power tools, or construction-related tasks is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to operate various types of power tools safely and effectively
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work independently during night shifts
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and maintenance work
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality

Pay: £12.79-£13.90 per hour
