This is a specialist school supporting children and young people with Autism / ASC and associated learning difficulties. You, as an Autism Teaching Assistant, will be working in small classroom settings with other staff members and MDT. You will interact with children through creative activities together. It is all about building meaningful relationships and providing a safe and happy environment for children.
Who should consider applying for this Autism Teaching Assistant position?
- Have personal interests in SEND, especially with Autism/ASC
- Have experience in SEND (this can be personal experience)
- Studied Psychology, Criminology, Education Studies, or other relevant degree
- Wants to pursue a career in SEND settings
- Able to commit full-time
This school is easily commutable from Hounslow, Feltham, Twickenham, Ashford, and Staines-upon-Thames.
