Role: Architectural Technologist (BIM)
Location: Belfast
Hours: Monday – Friday
Pay: £35,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking architectural practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.
You'll be responsible for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit, coordinating projects through multiple stages of development and ensuring all technical information is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with industry regulations.
Working closely with architects, consultants and contractors, you'll help deliver projects from concept through to completion while playing an important role in maintaining BIM standards and supporting the successful delivery of multiple live projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technologist who wants to work on meaningful projects within a collaborative team environment while continuing to develop their career.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- 5+ years' experience working within an Architectural Practice
- Strong BIM and Revit experience
- Experience producing detailed construction and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of technical design and construction detailing
- Working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills
- Healthcare and/or Education project experience would be advantageous
