- An actual salary of £20,785 , based on Single Status Grade 6.14 / £26,824 (fte) Single Status Pay Award pending.
- Term time only paid for 46 weeks , fixed term for one year subject to a successful 6 month probationary period. Hours are 08:30 - 15:30, five days (32.5hrs) a week.
The Role
- Safeguarding & Child Protection, to act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring policies & procedures are followed and liaising with relevant agencies
- Family Support & Home-School Engagement, act as a point of contact for advice for families and staff
- Attendance & Behaviour Support, supporting Headteachers in monitoring pupil attendance, working with families and staff to develop support plans
- Wellbeing & Mental Health Support, work with relevant teams internally and externally to provide support, plans and strategies.
Medical & Pastoral Support, liaise with the school nurse and medical professionals to support children with medical needs and provide support to families with accessing specialist medical support.

About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working with children and families in an educational or social care setting
- Experience working in partnership with parents, children, and external agencies
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and emotional wellbeing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
