Egertons Recovery Group is a leading Vehicle Recovery Operator in the UK. We are looking to recruit a Fleet Customer Service Advisor based at our Head Office in Wythenshawe, Manchester. With wide ranging duties from bookings vehicles in for repairs, to customer management, deployment, this is a varied role with a high level of responsibility. Working on our large fleet LCV and HGV accounts requires excellent service levels, you will be working in a large team and report to our Fleet Team Supervisor.
If you have the commitment and drive to work a busy environment and are looking to progress and enhance the position to a more advanced role, this could be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop their skills and career within Egertons Group and the wider organisation.
The shift pattern will be Monday-Friday, 0800-1700.
