We are seeking a skilled Stylist to join our team at our salon in Newport Pagnell. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hair industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
## Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients
- Perform hairdressering services with precision and creativity
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Mentor junior stylists to help them develop their skills
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
## Skills
- Previous experience in store management is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Proficiency in hairdressing techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring junior stylists
