About the role
The Job Coach will provide personalised, endtoend support to participants on the Jobs Guarantee Programme, guiding individuals from referral through to sustained employment. The role focuses on coaching participants to overcome barriers to employment, develop employability skills, secure suitable job opportunities, and sustain employment outcomes.
Your Impact
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Experience supporting unemployed individuals or disadvantaged groups.

Experience working in a target-driven environment.

Experience delivering coaching, mentoring or employability support.

Full driving licence with use of own vehicle

Strong coaching and motivational skills.

Knowledge of barriers to employment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage a caseload of participants.
