Adam Alexander is a boutique salon renowned for natural, exquisite colour and effortlessly beautiful hair. Located just steps from Tooting Bec Station, we’re a creative, welcoming space where artistry meets precision. We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Stylist to join our incredible team of individual artists. What You’ll Do
- Provide expert hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling, always tailored to the individual client.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and offer professional, personalised advice.
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold salon hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to the smooth daily running of the salon, including assisting with bookings and client care.
- Recommend and upsell haircare products to support our clients’ home routines.
- Support and mentor junior stylists as needed, contributing to a collaborative, positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative and confident Stylist with a strong portfolio and proven salon experience.
- Passion for colour and cutting, with a focus on natural, lived-in looks.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bonus if you have experience with front-of-house or mentoring, but not essential.
