Independent Personal Assistant / CarerChoose the Clients You Support | Flexible Working | Make a Genuine Difference
Would you rather build meaningful relationships with the people you support instead of rushing between 15-minute care visits?
At Hub Care Support, we do things differently.
We are not a care agency. Instead, we introduce compassionate, self-employed Personal Assistants to people across Hertfordshire who are looking for reliable, consistent support in their own homes and within their local communities.
As an independent PA, you decide which opportunities interest you. There is no obligation to accept every role, allowing you to build a working week that fits around your lifestyle and the type of people you most enjoy supporting.
Every day is different.
One morning you may be helping someone prepare a healthy breakfast, chatting over a cup of tea and giving them the confidence to start their day. Later, you could be accompanying another client for a coffee, a walk, shopping trip, hospital appointment or simply providing companionship to someone who has been feeling isolated after illness or bereavement.
For some people, your support helps them remain independent in the home they love. For others, you become the person who helps them get back out into the community, regain confidence and enjoy life again.
Many of the families we support tell us that having the right Personal Assistant has transformed not only their loved ones life, but their own as well.
If you enjoy helping people, building genuine relationships and making a real difference, this can be an incredibly rewarding career.
