Job Summary
Meister Masonry is looking for a reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team at our modern production facility in Gloucestershire.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with practical experience who is confident using tools and working in a busy construction or manufacturing environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a mechanical or electrical background, with an interest in developing their skills further. Experience within stonemasonry, construction, landscaping or a similar industry would be advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our stonemasons and production team with day-to-day tasks.
- Moving, handling and preparing stone and other materials.
- Using a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Loading and unloading materials and maintaining an organised working area.
- Carrying out general labouring and practical tasks across the workshop and yard.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety.
- Working as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Practical, reliable and hardworking.
- Preferably experienced in mechanical or electrical work.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Confident using basic hand and power tools.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Safety-conscious with a positive attitude towards work.
- Willing to learn new skills and develop within the business.
- Previous experience in construction, masonry, manufacturing or a similar environment is desirable.
- Full Driving Licence Required
- Forklift Licence Preferable
