-
Supporting the planned maintenance programme and ensuring it aligns with contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements.
-
Assisting with the development and maintenance of a planned maintenance task library, incorporating statutory requirements, manufacturer recommendations, SFG20 guidance and industry best practice.
-
Supporting the updating of asset data following projects, lifecycle replacements and maintenance works.
-
Assisting with the preparation of business cases for technical projects and lifecycle replacement works.
-
Supporting the development of technical specifications and documentation for project and maintenance works.
-
Working closely with Hard Services colleagues to coordinate and schedule planned maintenance activities.
-
Supporting the maintenance and updating of As Built records, property files and drawings where required.
-
Assisting with monthly KPI reporting and performance information.
-
Providing technical support and guidance to the wider technical services team where appropriate.
-
Supporting technical audits and compliance activities.
-
Attending meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss planned maintenance activities and progress.
-
Promoting a positive health and safety culture and supporting compliance with company and statutory requirements.
-
Participating in on-call and escalation processes where required.
What you bring:
