We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused and results-driven Cluster Revenue Manager to join our hotel portfolio, supporting three diverse and successful hotels across the UK.
This is a predominantly remote-working role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with an expectation of visiting each hotel for approximately one day per month to build strong relationships, review performance, and support commercial decision-making.
Working closely with the General Managers, Directors of Sales and hotel leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies that maximise profitability, market share and overall commercial performance across all three properties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver revenue strategies across all three hotels.

Maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and total hotel revenue.

Manage pricing, inventory and distribution channels.

Analyse market trends, demand patterns and competitor activity.

Lead weekly revenue review meetings with hotel leadership teams.

Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and performance reports.

Identify opportunities across transient, corporate, group and meetings events business.

Work closely with Sales teams to maximise conversion and profitability.

Monitor online distribution, OTA performance and rate parity.

Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.

Ensure best practice revenue management principles are embedded across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
-
Previous experience as a Revenue Manager, Cluster Revenue Manager or Senior Revenue role within the hotel industry.

Experience working within both branded and independent hotel environments.

Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Experience developing and implementing successful revenue strategies across multiple market segments.

Excellent analytical, forecasting and reporting skills.

Strong knowledge of PMS, channel management and revenue management systems.

Advanced Excel skills.

Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Self-motivated, highly organised and comfortable working independently within a remote environment.

Ability to build strong relationships with General Managers, Sales teams and operational leaders.
Desirable Experience

Previous experience managing revenue across multiple hotels.

Experience within Hilton and/or IHG hotels would be highly advantageous, including familiarity with their commercial platforms, revenue strategies, reporting systems and distribution channels.

Experience of driving significant Meetings Events revenue would be beneficial.

Knowledge of hotel budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning processes.
