MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE – KITCHEN REFURBISHMENTS

We are seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our long-term social housing kitchen refurbishment programme across Skegness & Horncastle
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the main stages of a kitchen refurbishment within a five-day programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Rip out existing kitchens
- Complete first and second-fix plumbing
- Carry out plastering and making-good works
- Prepare and screed floors
- Fit new kitchens, including units and worktops
- Complete wall tiling
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment
- Treat residents and their homes with care and respect
- Complete all work to the required quality and programme standards
You will be expected to manage your workload effectively and complete the kitchen refurbishment process within five working days.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven multi-trade experience
- Experience fitting kitchens from rip-out through to completion
- Strong plumbing, plastering, floor preparation, kitchen-fitting and tiling skills
- Previous social housing or occupied-property experience
- Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- The ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own tools and transport
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a long-term kitchen refurbishment contract in the Norfolk area.

Pay: £160.00-£250.00 per day
