We invite applications for the part time post of Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP practice serving 11300 patients. We are a seven-doctor practice with excellent nursing and admin teams and are a member of Central Bournemouth Network. We are a training premises working from two sites and received a “Good” rating in our last CQC inspection.
We are looking for a Nurse to provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years post registration experience in an acute setting and an interest in chronic disease management . Practice nurse experience preferred but training available for the right candidate.
Hours: 20-26 per week.
Salary: dependant on experience
