Location: Aldershot (Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 days office-based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm

The Role:
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class lettings experience. You’ll manage tenancies from check-in to check-out, oversee a dedicated portfolio, and support the wider team through leadership and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all tenancy matters from pre-move-in to post-checkout
- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants in your portfolio
- Assist and mentor junior colleagues
- Handle maintenance, compliance, property visits, and contractor management
- Negotiate deposit returns and coordinate void works
- Promote property refurbishment services and generate additional leads
- Ensure all activity is fully compliant with legal and safety requirements
About You:
- Experienced in residential property management
- Confident in managing tenancies end-to-end
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability
- Exceptionally organised with excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional communicator with a proactive mindset
