The Night Supervisor is instrumental in overseeing the running of the business overnight and to maintain a high degree of responsibility at all times. This is a hands on role supervising the guests expectations and ensuring the standard are maintained.
- To clean down the restaurant at night before setting up for breakfast the next day.
- Great communication skills so you can chat to guests providing a great welcome and departure.
- Flexibility - to enjoy working night shifts (weekends will be included)
- Ability to recognise what the customers want and need
- Good people skills - to work well in a team
- Have a genuine interest in serving customers, at night they can be very different
- To be organised and able to work well under pressure at times and multi task
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Be used to working alone.
- To be responsible and trustworthy, you will be responsible for all of the guests, their safety as well as your own.
This position is from 11pm until the breakfast shift arrive in the morning. Competitive salary.
