We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Immigration Adviser will be responsible for managing complex UK immigration casework and providing specialist advice on Immigration Rules, Home Office policy guidance, and evidential requirements. The role will support both individual and corporate clients across a wide range of immigration applications and will also contribute to sponsor compliance advisory services provided by the organisation. This position is essential to ensure the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality immigration advice, particularly in relation to complex and high-risk applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex immigration casework across multiple visa categories, including Skilled Worker, Student, Dependant, Graduate Route, ILR, and Naturalisation applications
- Interpret and apply Immigration Rules, policy guidance, and case law in preparing applications and advising clients
- Draft legal representations, covering letters, and supporting documentation for visa and settlement applications
- Provide specialist advice on sponsor licence compliance, including Right to Work (RTW) requirements and reporting duties
- Assist with the preparation of Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing compliance audits
- Handle complex and escalated immigration matters requiring advanced legal analysis
- Liaise with clients, corporate sponsors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with UKVI requirements
- Support the development of internal compliance processes and casework standardsJob Requirements:Proven experience in UK immigration law and casework
- Strong understanding of Immigration Rules and Home Office sponsor guidance
- Experience in handling complex immigration applications and legal draftingAbility to interpret policy guidance and apply it to individual case scenarios
- Experience in sponsor licence compliance or regulatory advisory work preferredStrong analytical, communication, and client management skills
- Qualification or professional membership in immigration law (e.g. IAA Level 3 or equivalent) desirable
- Fluent in Mandarin is strongly desirable
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
