Overview
40 hours per week | 5 days | Private Practice
Are you friendly, organised, full of personality and love working with people? Then you could be exactly who we're looking for!
Golds Place Dental is a predominantly private dental practice and part of Unity Dental Group, an independently owned group of six dental practices across Devon.
We're a fun, friendly and ambitious team who like to work hard, have a laugh and make our patients feel genuinely looked after. And yes… we’re partial to the odd TikTok too! So if you’re someone who enjoys being part of a team and isn't afraid to get involved with our social media and fun content, even better!
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of the practice. You'll be one of the first people our patients meet, so we're looking for someone who is warm, confident and naturally great with people.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and making them feel at ease
- Answering calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Supporting the dentists and nursing team with the smooth running of the day
- Taking payments and handling general reception administration
- Helping create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
- Getting involved with our social media, TikToks and general practice fun!
- Keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes
