Reporting to: Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Following the internal promotion of our Admin Assistant, we are seeking someone new for the role. The purpose of this role is to play a key part in the delivery of a comprehensive administration service at Bohunt Farnborough School.
Main Duties
Reprographics
- Printing for teachers; For example, daily resources for lessons, mock exam papers, assessments, booklets, knowledge organisers, weekly and end of term certificates for assemblies, events printing, PE Passports and Golden Tickets
- Laminating
- Maintain photocopiers – toners/staples/engineer visits
- Stock check and order paper/card/stationery
- Maintain displays across the school site
Admin Assistant
- Parents’ Evenings - update system for each event, letter to parents, chase responses, set up hall for the event, signing in forms, reports from Data Manager
- Assist with maintenance of SIMS student database
- School calendar
- Ad hoc requests as required
General
- First aider - training will be provided
- Cover for absent colleagues and undertake other duties commensurate with the role
- Undertake any other reasonable requests from Headteacher or other school leadership
