This is an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, conferences and events, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while inspiring and developing a passionate team.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets
- Leading by example to deliver exceptional guest service across the restaurant, bar and conference and event facilities
- Supervising, motivating and developing the Food & Beverage team to achieve the highest standards
- Ensuring service is delivered efficiently and consistently, creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Supporting the management of staffing levels, rotas and payroll in line with business demands
- Monitoring stock levels, minimising waste and supporting effective stock control procedures
- Helping to drive food and beverage sales through promotions, upselling and outstanding guest engagement
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback, taking ownership to resolve any issues
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety, licensing, health and safety and company procedures
- Supporting the recruitment, training and ongoing development of team members
