Kip & Nook is growing — and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking Housekeeping Team Members to help keep our one-of-a-kind venue looking its absolute best.
Kip & Nook is more than just a hotel. Set within 250 acres of North Yorkshire countryside, we’re home to boutique cabins, glamping pitches, wellness facilities, unique guest spaces, and experiences designed to feel special from the moment guests arrive.
As part of our Housekeeping team, you’ll play a huge role in that experience. From beautifully presented cabins and spotless guest spaces to the little finishing touches that make people feel looked after, your work will directly shape every guest stay.
No two days look the same — one minute you’ll be preparing cabins for arrivals, the next helping maintain shared spaces, replenishing supplies, or making sure everything feels fresh, clean and welcoming.
THE ROLE
Preparing guest cabins, accommodation and shared spaces to a consistently high standard
Completing changeovers between guest stays efficiently and thoroughly
Maintaining cleanliness across guest areas, wellness spaces and public areas of the site
Restocking housekeeping supplies, guest amenities and linens
Identifying maintenance issues or damages and reporting them promptly
Supporting laundry organisation and stock management when required
Helping create a warm, welcoming experience through exceptional attention to detail
Working closely with the wider Kip & Nook team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Opening and closing housekeeping duties as required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous housekeeping, hotel cleaning experience is essential
A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Good time management and the ability to work independently
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Reliability, energy and a hands-on approach
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Flexibility across weekdays and weekends, including busy periods
A genuine care for guest experience and presentation
HOURS & CONTRACT
We’re hiring Housekeeping Team Members on both full-time and part-time contracts:
Full-time: 40 hours per week (5 shifts)
Part-time: approximately 16–24 hours per week (2–3 shifts)
Please indicate your availability and preference when you apply. Shifts will include weekdays, weekends and busy seasonal periods, with flexibility required.
