About Tungsten West
Tungsten West plc is restarting the Hemerdon Tungsten-Tin Mine in South Devon—one of the world's largest tungsten resources. As we bring this strategically important mine back into production, we're looking for a Community & Stakeholder Advisor to help build strong, positive relationships with our local communities and key stakeholders.
** This role requires you to pass a Drug and Alcohol test on day one **
The Role
Reporting to the ESG Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with local communities, government bodies, businesses, and other stakeholders. You'll help ensure open communication, meaningful engagement, and positive community partnerships throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver community engagement events and consultations.
- Organise public meetings, workshops, and information sessions.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries and manage community feedback.
- Prepare newsletters, presentations, reports, website, and social media content.
- Monitor community concerns and identify opportunities for positive engagement.
- Support project teams by providing stakeholder and community advice.
- Maintain stakeholder records and communication databases.
About You
You'll have experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, communications, public relations, or a similar role, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You'll be organised, professional, confident working with a wide range of people, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
Experience in mining, construction, infrastructure, heavy industry, utilities, or another sector with significant community engagement.
Pay: £40,000.00 per hour
