Role Overview
The HiiCLUB Manager is responsible for leading the sales and day-to-day operations across HiiTRAIN, HiiBALANCE, HiiCONTRAST, and the Front of House team as well as all operational runnings of HiiCLUB. This role plays a key part in delivering the HiiCLUB experience, ensuring every member and client receives premium service, high standards, and a seamless journey from first enquiry through to long-term retention, while actively driving membership sales and growth.
You will be the main point of contact for members, clients, and the HiiCLUB Leeds team, driving performance across operations, people management, and commercial results. You will take ownership of membership sales, identifying growth opportunities and overall club performance.

Essential Experience
- 2+ years of fitness or hospitality management experience
- Proven experience leading a team and managing day-to-day operations
- People Management skills, including onboarding and training
- Strong sales, customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confident with sales, retention, and delivering commercial results
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Front of House (Sales) team to deliver an exceptional member experience
- Oversee daily club operations across HiiTRAIN, HiiBALANCE
- Manage membership sales performance, including lead management, conversion, and follow-up processes to maximise revenue growth
- Manage scheduling and staff coverage to ensure smooth daily running
- Drive membership growth and retention through outstanding service and follow-up
- Track and report key performance indicators including revenue, retention, and member satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for members and clients throughout their full HiiCLUB journey
- Oversee HiiCLUB events and liaise with the HiiGRIND Manager, Marketing team and Operations team
- Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as reasonably required by the Senior Leadership Team
