Motor Vehicle Mechanic – Full Time

AMG The Garage Ltd is a well‑known, busy and fast‑paced vehicle maintenance, repair and MOT station in the Gosport area. We are currently going through a period of exceptional growth and are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing faults
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Carrying out larger jobs, clutches, wetbelts, cambelts
- Working on a wide range of vehicles
- Using hand and power tools confidently
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in a busy workshop environment
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can work efficiently, safely and independently.
Requirements (Must Have)
- 2+ years workshop experience
- Own hand tools
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Pay
Rate of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.
